UPDATE: Modani has never reached out or made this right. If you cant get support and service on a NEW purchase, ask yourself what your Modani "warranty" is worth. I'll revise if this changes, but having seen no attempt or action other than a social media mgr replying to sound as if they were going to address it. Do not purchase from here!! Gary in the Customer Service department has always been very responsive to me. He responds to questions and/or issues and resolves them immediately! He goes above and beyond to ensure quality customer service. He definitely wants customers to be satisfied with their furniture purchases. Thank you Gary for all you do for Modani customers!

So disappointed with this store, had such great experience on our first time that we didn’t hesitated to shop there again, what a mistake. Bought some furniture in August, was told them that it would be delivered around September 10th. Could the store several times, first Debby told my furniture was in the truck and someone was going to call, we that didn’t happen. Now they don’t pick up the phone anymore nor return my phone calls. This is not a way to treat a customer, specially a returning costumer

I recently purchased furniture from Modani Naples, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Deb, the store manager, was amazing. She has an incredible eye for style and helped me pick out pieces that perfectly match my taste. The delivery was on time, as promised, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I am very happy with my new furniture and the excellent service I received. Highly recommend Modani Naples and Deb!

We wanted to share our thanks for the terrific service and help and advice picking out new furniture for our home. Debbie was a pleasure to work with and she spent plenty of time showing us options and giving us great advice. She was so good we came back a day later and placed another order before heading back home. The furniture selections and designs were superior to other stores we visited in the area.
