Robert - the store manager was extremely courteous. spent time with my family explaining what modalities is all about - shared some interesting tidbits and treated us very nicely even though we did not do any business today. will come back soon!!!!

The sales staff at the store was helpful but for some reason the issue of damaged item was not being addressed for over a month. When I called Customer Service directly the issue got attention it deserves. Thank you Vanessa for promptly creating an Order to replace the damaged item. Hope we will get the item replaced in couple of weeks as promised.
