Worst customer service and experience. Store just wants you to buy and then also contact scheduling etc. Zero trust on product quality, they keep 3rd party with 0 accountability.
Very confusing store policies (?)) communicated to me during my visit. I purchased two Elva Side yellow and gray marble tables that could easily be transported in my car, but Lacey informed me I could not take them with me and that I was required to have them delivered for a charge of $99. Inquired about two different pendants that were on display, only to be told that I would have to bring in my own electrician to take it down (????), which was beyond baffling.
