Excellent experience with Grace, who is extremely friendly and highly attentive. Modani has some beautiful modern furniture and I highly recommend shopping at this location in Boca.
We walked in on July 4 ready to buy. The two salespeople couldn’t even mutter a hello to us as they both helped one customer checking out. When I approached them to ask a quick question about a bed, they acted as if I was a bother. We walked out without buying. Shame on them. Extremely poor customer service. Modani: you should reconsider your salespeople.
