Not the best customer service. Mistakes our pushed project back and led to additional delivery fees. We ordered tile, half was in stock and the other half was shipped from their yard. We knew there could be some shading/color difference since the tiles were from a different pallet, however the size was supposed to be the same. The shipped tile was more than 1/8” thicker than all of the other tile.
