Great staff, service, and products. Prices are extremely reasonable and they wrap beautifully. Will definitely return for more!
They charged my CC $171.20 for an online order, yet when you call them, press '1' for 'Sales' you get disconnected. If you press '3' to leave a message, they don't respond. In addition, respond to e-mails or their website 'contact' send a message. It's possible / probable they are out of business however their website still accept orders, processes payment yet doesn't ship. Still waiting for a response... Avoid if possible.
