Blown away by the Cuatomer care of Aura home! I ordered a linen set & when I opened it 3 weeks later, I realized that one of the pillows came with a mark on it. I emailed a picture to the store and that day, a new replacement pillow was delivered without any questions asked. You've got yourself a lifelong customer!

This is like the third time I've come here, and the store is closed despite it being listed as open. UPDATE YOUR FLIPPING HOURS, IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO DO?!?

Horrendous. Rude employees and customers. Racism at its finest. I walked into the store and was given cold UGLY long stares by several employees as soon as I walked in by the staff behind the counter. It was obvious. I couldn't believe it. The staff were not "busy". That was an excuse offered up to cover their inexcusable behavior. I was the only person of color in there or anywhere near this shopping center.
