Bar stools not as advertised, the seat was solid uncomfortable plastic. It took ages to contact moda furnishings and they are charging me 10% of the item to return them! Very unhappy with this appalling service
Just had a terrible encounter with your delivery driver. PK19 SVA His customer service skills are horrendous. Being abusive to me and another fellow motorist. And failing to understand the highway code. After his abuse and me informing him I'd be reporting it. He promptly moved his van aside so I and the other motorist who'd been waiting 5 mins already got thru. His attitude and general demeina was utterly disgusting. Having people like that representing your company is not a good thing for business.
so bad this company has been taken over- do not buy service care 0- you cannot get through years ago this company brill- gone down hill bad service all round!!
Promised delivery in 3/4 weeks, at 4 weeks I called them to chase delivery, they then offered me delivery in 4 weeks time giving a lead time of more like 8 weeks, their web site now quotes in stock and delivery in 3 to 10 days!!! It's also near impossible to get to talk to someone on the phone.
I bought a Windsor set from Moda which is extremely good quality Rattan designed to last a long time, I bought it at least 6 years ago and we've enjoyed it very much. This year, the cushions on it, the base and back cushions that is, are looking quite tired so I wanted to buy replacement cushions or replacement cushion covers. I rang them up and asked and they tell me that they categorically don't sell replacement cushions or cushion covers for their products which strikes me as pretty useless as the rattan base lasts foreve... read more
