Simple love it.
Not the fastest the tellers are mostly friendly.
Constantly locked out of my online account and cant just "reset password" you have to call in... but they're Always closed! They have "call 24" (whatever that is..) but still get an answering machine?? "Press 1 for call 24.. hello, you've reached the loan department".. wth?? Also been a member for over 10 years.. and I have no idea why.
Poor customer service. Their online banking never works. Limited options and service. You're better off with an actual bank
