Fast and efficient service
Never really had a problem. Been with them for yrs
Super nice when I went in to withdrawal money but trying to talk to someone over the phone seems impossible. I am trying to speak to someone regarding a voided transaction that keeps clearing through my account and I can't get through to a live person. Went on the app and can't figure out how to dispute a transaction. I had to Google the bank then log in to try and dispute. It says could take 48 hours for response so hopefully someone contacts me.
Make sure you don’t deposit large amount of money here the tellers there do not know how to count. They do not have proper working machines to make sure you have the proper amount of money that you are withdrawing. Instead they would much rather issue you a cashiers check, which does nothing if you want cash. There are rude and they will accuse you of being rude when you have it all on camera and videotaping them. They lied to your face And are incredibly unintelligent.
