I purchased a 3 in one Chlo bo bracelet on line. When it arrived the box was ripped, I was so disappointed as It was a present for a member of my staff. I spoke to a representative of Chlo bo on chatline, she was absolute brilliant. I went into the Mold store, and the young ladies attitude that I spoke to was indeed so polite, caring and professional, Every time I go into the Mold store, they are always so very patient, they don't rush you, they always go over and above to help you. Bought this online. The packaging was so cute – it even came with a gift bag and a little chocolate! The entire package had the most divine perfume scent, which made the unboxing feel extra special. It felt like a very personable touch. Would 100% recommend and I cannot wait to buy more!
Staff went out of their way to help find a bangle that we were able to get engraved, even tried to find a local engraver for us.
