Used them when selling our house. Gave them wire info to send funds, when we didn’t see funds by expected date we called and they said they were sending a check. I got the tracking information from them and it said a label had been created but wasn’t shipped out. Called and asked about the check, person over our closing had taken the rest of the week off and they didn’t know where the check was. If you want a fast and simple closing, use someone else.
