Unreliable!!! Do not retain. Her assistant would schedule meetings when no one was in their office… After 8 months of continuous lack of communication, organization and same questions answered multiple times I finally sought other counsel and got my divorce finalized within 1 month.
My brother and I hired Rose to represent us in a power of attorney despite that was a nightmare for my mother and all family members involved. Her deceitful and ineptness was shocking. Rose guided me through my divorce, and I was very grateful for her knowledge and dedication. She is wonderfully compassionate and patient to her clients, but gets things done and takes no baloney. She is sharp and well spoken, and I felt at ease with her handling the situation. I would recommend Rose Mock to any of my friends in need of legal council.
I hired Rose for a custody case and she frequently promised things that she never did. I regret keeping her as long as I did when I was told by so many people she was a sham. Please do not hire Rose...she will string you along until the week of your trial then drop you and verbally harass you. She is dangerous to your case. Please heed my review and the past reviews saying the same thing! Or ask any other attorney in the area about her. She has a reputation.
