I initially had a positive experience with Mocha Tree Studios leading up to and on the day of our wedding (see below for my initial thoughts). Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to contact them through various channels (Instagram, text, and email), I have still not received the USB box that was promised in our contract. First off, I will start by saying our photos and video turned out great so this isn’t really to do with the actual product. I will also say that our wedding was in the summer of 2022 and I’ve held off doing a review until we received all the photos/videos promised in our contract and we only recently received everything. Responsive, professional and the perfect choice for your perfect day. 10/10 They worked with us through our wedding during covid and were very flexible due to delays. I was amazed with the end results and how quickly and closely they worked with my husband and I.

Edit: Almost a week later and no response. Mocha Tree either give us the raw footage of the event or the 3k we paid your team. Original Post: I really, really didn't want to post this because Mocha Tree was so patient with us when rescheduling our Covid wedding but I cannot recommend after hiring them as of right now.
