Went in for a body treatment, the website listed it would include an exfoliation, body mask while wrapped in a heated blanket, and a scalp massage. There was no exfoliation or scalp massage, just the mask. While the mask was being scrubbed off, the room was very cold, and the tech used the same cloth rinsing out in the sink each time, which made the experience even colder.
We were asked pay directly instead of allowing us to redeem Groupon that we purchased earlier. We were told that they have no appointment available for people holding Groupon (as if that’s charity) but more than welcome to walk in if we pay them instead.
