Post link or info on any group or class action law suit regarding mocanu and associates. A complaint to the law society will not get our money back and compensate for the hardship caused
Did not show up on numerous occasions to represent me. Lied about how he got my license reinstated, causing me an over 2500$ fine 2 yrs later with the threat of my license being revoked by mto.
Avoid at all costs! I paid Adelin to handle a traffic ticket, for over a year he gave me the runaround whenever l would inquire about the status of the ticket. Most of the time he ignored my calls and texts, and when he did answer, he would give me some nonsensical update. Eventually he just completely stopped answering my calls or texts, my ticket went to collections and the driving offence ended up on my driving record.
Please learn from my friend's devastating experience. He paid this company for legal help, and they utterly failed him. They did not appear in court as promised, which directly led to him losing his case and having his license suspended. This has had severe real-world consequences for him. Worse, after taking his money and causing this damage, they have become completely unresponsive—ignoring all calls and messages.
