Megan is disrespectful and has no customer service would not recommend for anyone she has a god complex where she wants to put you in your place like she's your parent and had i talked to anyone else I probably would have had a more pleasant experience she was just a rude woman i appreciate them for renting to me but their people skills is an issue

State Farm almost insisted that I use Enterprise or Hertz. After 10 days and some very angry moments of them moving me around to get coordinated with the body shop and rental car agency I went to MOBYL Rental car. It was the easiest hassle free experience I have ever had. I called Matt snd he took care of EVERYTHING for me. I showed up at Caliber Collision dropped my car off and left in a MOBYL rental car. It took maybe 5 minutes not 5 hours. Thank you MOBYL and Matt Crain snd Megan.
