This feedback is likely true of all furniture stores, and it is good idea to shop around and read independent customer reviews beyond retailer's websites. I purchased some kitchen island stools and the quality was inconsistent, with unsightly flaking and peeling of the faux leather. Received my new sectional today. Easy to assemble. Nice delivery guy and he is very helpful that told me what needs to be awarded because I need to take all power cords out first. Only thing pick on it is packaging use too much plastic tapes. Reduce it will help the environment.
This is my family’s favourite place to buy furniture because of their exceptional service, quality, and prices! Not to mention their instructions are amazingly easy to follow and all components fit/build with no struggle at all. Also I wanted to mention a special thank you to Jordan, who is the kindest and most genuine person we have ever encountered! He is exactly who you want to be representing the company, the absolute best!
After seeing the sectional in person a couple times, I finally ordered it online. I bought it a week before Black Friday and the price was further reduced for Black Friday. They were quick with adjusting the price and issuing me a partial refund. The staff was very communicative with delivery times and were friendly in explaining how I was to put the sectional together. This is the second piece of furniture that I have purchased from Mobler and I would recommend them to my family and friends!
