I bought the Palermo sofa and it came with a flaw. The store did nothing about this, except try to put the blame on the moving company. Their form, which the movers must sign to pick up any product, states that the movers are agreeing that the item in is perfect condition but the movers have no ability to judge this as the product is fully wrapped.
