The manager? Owner? Of this store is extremely cold and rude. She has no personality and should not be working with people at all! Based on the other reviews it seems I’m not the only person who’s had this experience. The store is an unwelcoming environment. Simply based on the attitudes I have taken my business elsewhere.
We have bought a fair bit of furniture over the last five years from here, dining room table, barstools, bed frame, decor. Went in looking for a new bedframe for our guest bedroom, and the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Reading through the comments before making this review it seems like over the last year. There are multiple comments saying the same thing. It’s a shame because the last few times we shopped here everyone was so unbelievably friendly and nice.
I was disappointed with the service I received from one of your sales associates during my recent visit. She responded to my question in a disrespectful manner, which led me to walk away without browsing for the furniture we had come to purchase. We have previously bought multiple pieces from your store and have even recommended it to friends.
