Gisella at Mobler is absolutely wonderful to work with. We went in just to look around and she was giving helpful tips and information about everything as we go. She was great and we highly recommend both the products and the service we did end up receiving.

The sales associate made sure not to mention anything of the return policy - making me believe that it’s longer than 7 days. I go to make a return after 7 days and they have no customer service policies. Save money and find better priced and stylish pieces at Structube in WEM and south common!!
The manager? Owner? Of this store is extremely cold and rude. She has no personality and should not be working with people at all! Based on the other reviews it seems I’m not the only person who’s had this experience. The store is an unwelcoming environment. Simply based on the attitudes I have taken my business elsewhere.
We have bought a fair bit of furniture over the last five years from here, dining room table, barstools, bed frame, decor. Went in looking for a new bedframe for our guest bedroom, and the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Reading through the comments before making this review it seems like over the last year. There are multiple comments saying the same thing. It’s a shame because the last few times we shopped here everyone was so unbelievably friendly and nice.
