They broke my phone. This business is a scam.
Needed my iPhone XR screen fixed… Called them up and they said bring it in right away..,20 mins later my phone was back in my hands working perfect… Friendly staff fast service very prompt and excellent prices compared to anywhere else in the city…I’ll recommend them to everyone I know ..Thanks for taking care of my situation quickly when others could not…Happy customer…
First of all, they charge you more money than the Apple Store to repair your laptop. Like why do you do this to students? Second of all, the guy gave me the wrong charger after taking weeks to repair my laptop. I asked for my own charger and he had mentioned to me that he did not have it and must have given it to someone else who had the same model of laptop. The charger he gave me was old and yellow. My iphone screen popped out after getting screen replacement at this location, I brought my phone to another repair store and they said it was a poor quality 3rd party screen.
My phone had stopped charging due to some issue with the charging port, I took it to them and for 3 weeks it worked well but then I had the exact same issue but due to the lockdown I could not reach them (They kept advertising on social media). Later when I finally got a hold of them they told me to bring the phone to another store which I did and this time they told me they replaced the part so it would not repeat again but it broke after a week.
