I dropped my Samsung tablet and damaged the USBC charging port on my device. I brought my tablet to a couple of places that repaired Samsung phones but they would not touch my tablet even though a tablet IMO is really just a big cell phone. I called Mobitech and asked them how much it would cost to get it repaired. He quoted me about $87-$90 which i thought was reasonable. About a year ago, I took my iPhone SE in to get a battery replacement. The service was done within an hour or so, but when I picked up the phone the home button on the screen didn’t work. The man seemed surprised, but offered to fix it. A few hours later, I retrieved the phone and it worked fine. So problem solved, right? Not quite. They ended up replacing my original Apple screen with a cheap aftermarket replacement that scratches easily.
