This is nothing against the lovely people that work at this branch. They are amazing and very courteous. Now, This bank is perfect for you if you love being locked out of your account the day before a banking holiday and not notified about it. I am completely stranded right now. This is not the first time though. I have lost several thousand dollars from missing work (Traveling Construction) because they have locked my account past business hours and left me with no one to contact.
