Rave Financial aka MobilOil has questionable practices when reporting to credit bureau. My account was delinquent as of July 2019. Rave has reported the account differently to all 3 bureaus and verified in writing that my account was delinquent in June 2019. When pressed about the discrepancy they blamed the credit bureau for a lag in reporting. They stated they would update bureau manually and they did update it. They changed all 3 bureaus to report that the account was late in August 2019 instead of July. This is illegal p... read more
My husband was removed from my account and I never had any problems before because his account was put on restriction some prejudice lady added him back to my account but didnt add me back to his this is the worse bank to deal with. Be careful when depositing checks at Mobiloil FCU. I deposited a check that **** wrote me last week. They called me yesterday and told me that a stop payment was issued on the check. **** didn't stop payment on it (at least she says she didn't) and the bank the check was drafted off of say there was no stop payment issued on their end. I went to Mobiloil this morning and all they could say is they had a stop payment code and I owed all the bounce fees. This "financial institution" is by far the WORST institution I've ever had the displeasure of having a relationship with! I had paid off over 95% of an auto loan when my situation was affected greatly by the recent pandemic. They contacted me and let me know my deferment date was up and would not extend it when I requested. Ok, that's fine I thought. What do I need to pay?
