I replaced the lower ball joints, inner, and outer tie rod ends on my 94 Mustang… I then made an appointment on a Wednesday, to drop it off on Monday morning (that's the soonest they could get it in)... dropped it off at 9am on Monday August 1st 2016, received a call around 2pm that it was done, when my son came home from work we went to pick it up (around 4pm), I paid and then went out to the car, the first thing I immediately noticed was that when the front wheels were straight the steering wheel was around 45 degrees off ... read more
