The Mountlake Terrace Mobilize PT therapists are FABULOUS! They set me on a path to recovery through a well thought out set of stretches and exercises that brought me back to the way I felt ten years ago!

The physical therapists are very knowledgeable about the human body and can answer any questions you have. I've followed through with in-person PT and at-home exercises and am 100% pain-free after only a couple of months. I highly recommend it, and I will not hesitate to come back if/when pain comes up in the future.
