Thank you Ron :) You made my mum very comfortable about her wheelchair purchase. It's a difficult thing for her to accept that she really needs the chair, and her anxiety over it has been through the roof. You put her at ease from start to finish and she left feeling better than the has in days. She and I thank you very much!

Shame on the mobility store for adjusting the breaks on an old walker for an elderly lady friend on a disability pension. All u did was tighten some screws and charged $52.50 Very disappointed Be prepared to pay for nothing here
Extremely unfriendly owner/manager. Didn't get his name, but the man is not interested in helping people at all. All he sees his dollar signs. We bought a 2 wheeled walker from him and while his associate was friendly and helpful, this man did not acknowledge us, didn't smile when we had questions, and didn't thank us for the sale when he ran it in. Furthermore, I went back today to see if he would be interested in buying a 4 wheeled walker that was brand new, never used. He tried to lie to me saying it was "poor quality" an... read more
