ZERO STAR because I quoted $345 for a round trip totaling just 12 miles (6 miles each way). I declined and booked the same trip with another company for only $150. This company is clearly inflating its prices and taking advantage of customers. It's no surprise they're receiving low ratings—it's evident they're out of touch and solely focused on profit. I will never use or recommend this company. Just Plain Greedy
My mother reserved this company for my sisters wedding day. So my father who is in a wheelchair could be there to walk her down the aisle. She confirmed multiple times she spoke with people. She physically went to their office and confirmed the day before. They decided to not show up and then call an hour after the pick up time stating “she didn’t confirm”. Run do not use. Don’t even bother with them! Go to Cal Royal. Who saved us!!!
My family is very disappointed with Mobility Express. We had a 9:15AM pick up for a very important event and they never showed up! We called and left voicemails and had no answer unit 10AM! When they finally called us back, they stated that they did not have confirmed details so they were unable to fulfill the transport. I simply do not understand this. I am lucky to be able to use this company for almost 4 years, I am grateful to all the employees for helping me be on time for my medical appointments and caring about me and what I need, their service for people in wheelchairs is exceptional, I feel safe and like traveling with them.
