Although I didn’t make a purchase here, the service was outstanding on my visits for an emergency scooter for my holiday. The team listened to me and answered questions face to face and over the phone, I felt really cared for. The team allowed me to test a scooter out of the shop and it seemed perfect, however too big for the airline. At times as a disabled person you can feel ignored or patronised, not here, great personable service. I’d highly recommend.
The staff here are very helpful and ensured that I knew what to do with my purchase and also that I could manage the weight involved
