DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am wheelchair bound. They have left me stranded twice now at my doctor's office. I had to call my insurance company to arrange a way for me to get home. I had to wait out in upper 80° temperatures without my much needed medication. I was forced to wait upwards of 3 hours! They also sent a car to pick me up when I specify that I am in a wheelchair each time I schedule these rides. I missed my appointment that day and was charged a 50$ no show fee. I called to see about their services and how they work they accept insurance or private pay very rude and unprofessional I pray they get the business they deserve
They have a female driver who is extremely rude. She dont speak and seems like she has an bad attitude everytime. It also seems she has to pick someone up with me and my son everytime. They get in coughing like its crazy. She needs to be fired She has a people person job and she is not a people person she's rude.
Excellent experience with this company! Dispatcher and driver were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use their services again.
