My wife has a car loan through them. In June of 2020 we made a change in insurance and they emailed us a request for insurance documents to which we replied with the new policy. They never replied back so we called and sent it again confirming that got what they needed to which they confirmed. Now 3.5 years later the car is supposed to be paid off and we now learn they charged us an extra $1,700 in forced place insurance.
