You will not find an OT better than Kath
The session itself was great but I never received any follow-up exercises as was recommended I do.. it's been 3 weeks with 3 follow-ups and radio silence from them.
Very good advice and treatment. Fab staff.
Kath is amazing! Not only does she relieve my pain, she has given tools and instructions how to do that myself at home. I think that’s very valuable and it’s different from a lot of other services I received who just/tend to want me to keep coming back without addressing the underlying issue.
