My experience with Mobilia started out great. The showroom and products are lovely, and sales staff were initially helpful. Unfortunately, things turned negative once we paid for our sofa. We purchased a Fritz Hansen Alphabet sofa that was in-stock in their warehouse. We were told it spent “2-3 weeks” in the showroom and was in perfect condition.
