Katie was a fantastic help during my visit to the store. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns with purchasing a new bed, and ensured I had multiple options to try until I was completely satisfied that I had found the right bed. After my purchase, Josh kept me up to date on the status of my order, and Brady did a fantastic job delivering and setting up my new bed. Mobilia has a wonderful selection of high quality modern furniture with excellent customer service. Katie, with whom I have worked with multiple times, provides the best customer service. She goes the extra distance in patiently answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. I highly recommend Mobilia, shopping there has been a great pleasure.
Mobilia has a fantastic selection of interesting pieces, almost any of which I could see having in my home. Katie took excellent care of me; she was incredibly helpful and kind, and really went above and beyond for me, from calling the owner while she was at a conference to ask a question on my behalf, to helping me wheel the piece I purchased out to my vehicle, and following up on with me afterward. Check this place out.
Not only does Mobilia have great furnishings they also provide superior service. Katie Kaminkow, one of their service staff went up and beyond to make sure I recieved my replacement parts. Highly recommend.
