You’re better off going anywhere else, my phone now glitches and doesn’t work properly. I brought it back in and tried to get it fixed or get my money back and neither happened. Don’t go to them for anything.
Replaced my iPhone battery, now it says the battery is unofficial and my phone dies at 30%. It dies faster now than it did with the old battery.
The absolute worst of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. He doesn’t stand behind his work and is concerned about one thing…how much money he can make off of his customers. My advice is to do your business elsewhere.
Went in to get my screen replaced he said it would be 150$. Ok, awesome! It takes about 1.5hrs and I come to find out the original screen had to be put on. Cost was 250$. I get a free screen protector and screen replaced all for a price of 200$!. Great! Down fall is, ever since I got my screen replaced my GPS signal is lost, my location is on but cant pin point exact location. Everything is up to date but problems with my GPS. My screen glitches.
