Does a good job of notarizing but not great at communicating cost of a phone call. Told me $25 was a deposit. I misunderstood that to mean for the service itself not the call. She thought my displeasure and dissatisfaction was aggressive but it was an attempt to explain that I felt that I was unable to align both my doctor and her schedules efficiently and asked her to call to fit in with both their schedules.
