Absolute scammers! They put in a non durable screen and charged me £130 and said it's OLED, touch doesn't work effectively and upon charging my phone the screen cracked, explained this to the guy and said he can't do anything as it's smashed! But I didn't cause the impact. It's been less than 28 days so by consumer law he should have looked at the touch screen, and then blamed me for not coming in sooner, I'm a mother of three young boys all 5 and under, and it's not so simple visiting a store. Extremely shocked & Disappointed – Robbed & Overcharged for a 20-Second Job Monday 19th May 2025 I visited this shop to get a screen protector (which I bought from Amazon) applied to my tablet, I handed the tablet and screen protector, over to the staff member, who completed the task in no more than 20 seconds – Then came the shock 🤯 he charged me £5 just for that!
