I am quite upset that I brought my phone here that was having issues charging. The guy hung my phone upside down by the cable and said it’s not your port it’s your battery. Leave my phone there and pick it up charged $125 for new battery. Get home and same issu, so I called back as I also noticed my phone now says that my genuine Apple battery is no longer in the phone and a 3rd party battery is being used. Asked to see a wireless phone charger. Very rude employee said look in the cabinet no not that one can't you read went next door to telus saved $5. Went back to mention if he had better customer service I would have bought that one. Said didn't need the business. Encourage others not to shop there

I paid 160 to have my screen replaced and I was told it was a oled screen replacement turned out to be lcd and it’s coming apart less than 2 weeks after paying he failed to glue it properly so the screen it self is coming out and the lcd it self is defected and is separating into 2 I went to get a refund and he said he couldn’t because there was a scratch on the top of the screen. No good service. They fixed my cracked screen did not glue my back cover properly and speaker not working now.. guy at the counter has a b.s. advise about his service. Go elsewhere..
