Got a new iPhone 13 in the mail. I’m 50 & no good at this kind of stuff. Couldn’t set it up with QR code enclosed. I took old phone, new phone & paperwork in. The clerk, Naresh Karan, helped switch everything over to new phone, got me all set up with profiles & Apple ID stuff. There were several speed bumps in this process & I couldn’t have gotten this done on my own. Also got a great silicone case in my favourite colour for $28 including tax! Thank you Naresh!… in & out in under 10 minutes!
Great customer service. The staff member I dealt with was super helpful and kind. Got a sim card out that was stuck in no time at all and refused any sort of payment.
