If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with this business was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I brought my iPhone in for repairs, specifying that I needed both screens fixed and a camera issue addressed by a certain date. Not only was the phone not ready on time, but there was also a complete lack of communication throughout the process, requiring me to visit the store multiple times to clarify issues that could have been resolved from the start.
