Broke my phone more than it already was
Left a laptop that shorted in Europe, I was told I’d get a call back within an hour when “the guy who does computers” got back to work. I got a call after the weekend, explaining they needed to order parts for a bad power supply and possible power outlet. After a month I came back in to ask about the laptop, it wasn’t at the location and they had lost my phone number.
