Customer service needs improvement.
Worst customer service !!! I had a conversation with mohommad regarding iphone 15 phone screen repair, he said it would be ready same day in couple hours. I dropped off my phone and in evening he claimed that he ordered the part and will arrive at 7 then he started ignoring texts and calls. He said next day it will be ready. Next day came and part is not arrived, now again next day !!!!. I texted him 4th day morning that today i am picking up my phone in evening make sure its ready !. Worst place to take your phone they don't know anything
Very poor customer service, avoid! Does not answer phone. Does not explain issues in a comprehensible way. Does not appear to professionally account for work orders (ie scribbling name and number down on a scrap paper). Does not complete work on time or provide update or explanation. Manager does not follow up when they say they will.
Worst place to take your phone for repair. Had my phone with them for 2 weeks and they said it's with the technician. But I visited the shop on the first week and they still had my phone with themselves. They guy je0tbon promising tomorrow, tomorrow. And after 2 weeks they told me they couldn't fix it.
