EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE — AVOID THIS PLACE! I had a terrible experience at this mobile repair store and strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Yesterday, I brought in my phone due to a screen issue, hoping to find a reasonable solution. Scammers, say there product is “the best” while it’s just third party disguised as Apple in its packaging. Sold me USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter for $33.60 where you can get an Apple one for just over $10. No refunds from them either, Very dirty move will never buy from here ever again and will let people know not to.
Buyer beware…..bought a 2017 Apple Mac book air and the screen stopped working after 1 month of purchasing tried to see if I can get it fixed but apparently hardware is not part of the 3 month warranty. Terrible customer service and return policy never buy anything from them they are not helpful at all once you already purchased something I would give them 0 stars if that was an option…
Terrible place it cost $65 for a screen protector to be put on my phone after it was done there was a black hair in the middle of my phone between the screen protector and phone it's self and almost immediately the screen was lifting off the corners of my google pixel 9 pro xl so when I went back 2 minutes after I left they didn't fix it they handed me a new screen protector told me to do it my self then he walked away terrible customer service horrible pricing and when a problem comes up within 5 minutes they just try shutt... read more
