Went in on Saturday, my samsung phone just died on me and wouldn't stop restarting after I opened Google classroom. I gave the guy my phone, he replaced the screen, charger port, and some other piece in the phone, which didn't fix anything, so I had to leave my phone for him to check further. He called me on Tuesday to tell me I could collect my phone, it was fixed and everything was fine. He replaced the fpc connector which was the problem, as it broke. Cost me £65. Overall good experience.
