Horrible and unprofessional . They are absolute scammers and thieves ! My brother went on 6/6/24 to get a screen repair( or battery repair ) and after we realized his Face ID wasn’t working ! Right before we geve them the phone he used Face ID to unlock the phone so we knew it was them !
