Went in as we needed a new charger for my wife’s phone. Was open and honest about pricing of official charging and non official charging wires.. could of just sold us the genuine charger. Also picked up a new phone case as well. Just before leaving I just enquired if he could have a look at my phone as I had some issues with the charger port and he quickly solved the issue without any additional charge. Also found out he has helped other members of the family… THANK YOU - 5 star sevice
Traveling around and brought the wrong cables with me, walked in stressed as my phone's battery was nearly done. The worker helped me out and allowed me to try out multiple options till I was happy. Really kind and helpful!
A big thank you to the guys in this shop. I had an issue with a previously purchased battery and I took it back to them to look at. They replaced the battery with no additional charge. This to me is very very good customer service. I would highly recommend.
