I spent a good hour or more with Ben this morning as he carried out the vehicle and caravan weight checks. Ben is very meticulous in his work. As Ben completes each step he provides you with a guided update so that you are fully aware of potential issues or just how well you have set up your vehicle and caravan. Excellent service very well delivered and explained highly recommend
Ben was really great to deal with. He was a wealth of knowledge and just talked me through the whole process and also covered different scenarios of empty vs full water tanks on the caravan as well.
Came when he said he would, charged what he said he would, gave reminders, gave advice and was very friendly and efficient
Mick was great and very informative and helpful.
