Awful customer service. New pair of gloves that came with a bad battery. I have called 3 times and 2 emails. I have heard nothing back from them. Do not buy !!!! To many other products out there with better customer service.

These mobile warming products were made in a foreign country by children, I purchased the mobile warming jacket Adventure Jacket. The poor manufacturer produced a jacket that the zipper broke after wearing this product once. I called the customer service. Which was a waste of time... apparently they don't cover their products. I urge any and everyone to avoid these products they are cheaply made. By a foreign country.
