Awful. Do not use. This company will blame you for not giving them all the info, even when you give them the correct make and model of your car and the correct tyre size. I even told the guy the brand of tyres which were currently on the car. We have a bmw, runflats are standard. They will take your deposit and even after telling you, you can have it back, refuse to return it. Blaming the new guy for the mistake. They even record the calls and admit what has been said etc. But still refuse. Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting service. Called these guys up gave then reg and tyre size was told they will put a standard midrange tyre on for £350 this was a none runflat which we found out after paying the deposit. Made the call back to be told not to worry that the deposit was fully refundable because it had not been provisionally booked! Called back to let them know we had sorted the tyre out by halfords for next day this was a bridgestone cost me £309 fitted these wanted £553 fitted.
