I can't speak for the locations in Winnipeg, but this specific location is shady and unprofessional. When is open it has a guy and a table in it and that's about it. They took money with our warming me they parts needed to be ordered first and would take a few days, and after a week I called to see what was up and one of their Winnipeg locations picked up. It appears they were shut down in Brandon due to lease agreement breach. The woman in Winnipeg was very helpful and nice. But I would stay clear of this location.

Great place to get our cell phone screen fixed without breaking the bank. Very professional
I brought my Samsung in this morning to repair the sim port, so that i could get reception. The gentleman who took my phone was helpful and explained that they might have to send it to Winnipeg for service and that there was a 50 dollar diagnosis fee which would be applied against the repairs.
