My experience has been a disaster and nearly $200 shot to heck and now my computer keeps shutting off! I went for a simple keyboard replacement (my "E" key stopped working). I purchased a brand new official DELL replacement keyboard and what should have a straight forward fix turned into 3 weeks of nightmare. I'll never do business with these guys, again!! Paid $400 to replace a screen only to go out on me about 47 days later...17 days past the 30 Day Warranty. So, now I have a paper weight. No empathy, no customer service...just the guy consistently reminding me that my warranty was over.
Absolute garbage service. They replaced a screen one week ago, it’s now lifting in one corner, and they state that it’s physical damage. It’s workmanship error but due to ‘physical damage’ it’s not under warranty. Phone was not dropped or mishandled in anyway but they loophole out of the warranty by proclaiming it’s physical damage. It’s not a scratch or impact, it’s literally the screen not held down properly by installation. Garbage service. Take your money elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.
These guys offer great service, they replaced my screen protector on my foldable phone. They custom cut a new screen protector from a raw sheet. Fitment is perfect and it's matte which I been craving, no more glare, finally. But the quality and service is great. No one else in the city was wanting to replace the screen protector.
