Thieves and liars. My experience in the 3-4 weeks has been horrific. Bought a screen protector which peel off a week later , I returned to get a replacement and was asked for a receipt which I was never given. I had to show the transaction on my bank statement to show prof of purchase. Eventually I was advised product was installed incorrectly and I was provided with replacement. 2 weeks later it peels off again. Avoid this place, I don’t know if there are knew owners or not, but the guy that use to be in this store was great, he doesn’t appear to be there anymore, this service is double the price of other phone repair places. I got them to replace my battery and cracked screen, non apple components , first quote was 200 when I went back to get the phone fixed, price had double( 1 week)had problems from the beginning . I could not be less impressed with Phone Tec Warwick. I went in to ask if they could change an iPhone battery. Despite the battery only lasting several hours and the phone itself indicating it was "significantly degraded" at 72% capacity, the staff member initially told me I didn't need a replacement. After I insisted, he said he could order a battery, which was fine. However, he then mentioned that to change the battery, he would need to remove the screen and that there was a 10-15% or higher chance he might break it. If he... read more
